A fresh exterior paint job can completely transform a home, and new gutters are an important finishing detail. This classic home in Bellingham’s Lettered Streets neighborhood was recently painted, giving the exterior a clean, updated look while keeping the character that makes these older Bellingham homes so distinctive.

Discount Gutters completed the exterior update with new white seamless aluminum gutters, matching downspouts, and gutter covers. The white gutters coordinate with the home’s fresh white trim and provide a crisp contrast against the blue-gray siding.

A Clean Look With Added Rainwater Protection

For a home like this, the goal is for the gutter system to complement the architecture rather than distract from it. The new seamless gutters follow the roofline cleanly, while the matching downspouts blend naturally with the trim.

We also installed gutter covers to help keep leaves and debris out of the gutters. With the mature trees surrounding this Lettered Streets property, gutter covers can reduce buildup and make ongoing gutter maintenance easier—especially during Bellingham’s fall and winter months.

The finished project gives this freshly painted home a complete, polished appearance while providing the rainwater management it needs for Pacific Northwest weather.
